IMPORTANT:
- Ensure that your event will happen at least four (04) weeks from today. This is to ensure that we have time to prepare and make the necessary arrangements (i.e. travel booking, swag request, etc.)
- If your event does satisfy the above criteria, we still cannot 100% guarantee that we can accommodate you as we might have events scheduled/prior commitments. We also consider the accessibility of the location and the safety of the team (for in-person events).
