The Department of Transport and Communications, in partnership with the Metro Manila Development Authority and Cebu City Government, is hosting the first national transport app development competition. You are invited to develop applications based on two new kinds of publicly available data: regularly updated geographic location and service information for all bus, jeepney, and rail routes in Metro Manila, as well as live traffic incident data streams in Manila and Cebu.
During this 3-month development period, you can work together with fellow developers and volunteer mentors, to build innovative solutions for the Transportation challenges, described in the Briefing section. Participate now and get to win great prizes!!
