Last week, the MozillaPH Community held a two-day strategic planning session to get everyone started on thinking about the roadmap of the community for the next year in its aim to support the Mozilla mission.
The strategic planning activity was led by a Mozilla staff from the Participation Team, Rosana Ardila, who came all the way from Berlin! The participants were mostly based in Luzon, but for the first time ever, we had Mozillians from Bacolod to represent the Visayas region in our strategic planning activity.
The two-day session was guided by the midterm planning template of the Participation Team, which Rosana blogged about here.
Our output from the strategic planning activity are the test cards and the points that we wish to include into the MozPH Participation Guidelines. Our outputs have been documented here and everyone can comment/ add points/ test cards too.
It was surely a nerve-wracking weekend but everyone surely had fun! Now, this is just the first step of the planning and we will be setting the date for the next one to build our 2016 roadmap, soon!
For now, we call everyone in the community to be part of building MozPH’s future by writing your comments and/or contributing to our test cards by accessing the planning doc here.
We look forward to hearing your thoughts and seeing everyone on the next part of the strategic planning!
