A few months back, we announced the need to establish some sort of a governance structure for the Mozilla Philippines Community.
Today, we are excited to announce that we’re in the process of drafting a Core Members Selection Guidelines to enhance transparency, fairness, and inclusivity within our community. But before finalizing these guidelines, we need your input.
As an open-source community driven by collaboration and diversity, it’s crucial that we create guidelines that reflect our values and aspirations. Core Members play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our community, and it’s essential that the selection process is clear, equitable, and reflective of our collective vision.
Your feedback is invaluable in shaping these guidelines to best serve our community. Whether you have suggestions, concerns, or questions, we want to hear from you! Your perspectives will help us create a more robust and inclusive framework for selecting Core Members.
