First Ever MozCoffee in Cebu

Since I am here in Cebu City since yesterday (for a family getaway), I seized the opportunity to call for a MozCoffee with some of our community friends from this region. The Philippines’ Very First Boot to Gecko (B2G) Device

The Mozilla Philippines Community has just received the Philippines’ very first Boot to Gecko (B2G) device over the weekend. Boot to Gecko (B2G) is created based on the belief of Mozilla that the web can displace proprietary, single-vendor stacks for application development. B2G’s goal is to build a complete, standalone operating system for the open web. MozPH sports a new look

We have recently updated the design of the website of Mozilla Philippines. This re-design is brought about by the revised website of Mozilla.org, and reflects a united vision and mission with the rest of the Mozilla international community. The new design has the standard “Mozilla” tab on the upper right hand corner. MozPH attends Mozilla Asia Camp in KL

Mozilla Philippines attended the Mozilla Asia Camp 2011 at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia last November 18-21, 2010. Mozilla Asia Camp is a gathering of the most active contributors of the Mozilla Asia community, and was the first Mozilla Camp held in the region. The event lasted only two days, but it was such an intense weekend of presentations, discussions, brainstorms, workshops, hackathons, BOF, impromptu gatherings centered around the Mozilla projects, with a special focus on Asia.
