Team Mozilla Philippines (MozillaPH) held its very first MozTour in Bacolod City earlier today; the very first time Team MozillaPH visited the province of Negros Occidental (around 468 kilometers south of Manila). MozillPH Community Year-end Thanksgiving Get-together

The year 2014 was one of the busiest for the Mozilla Philippines Community (MozillaPH) since we started operations more than five years ago. This year, the leadership of MozillaPH decided that we will not be accepting invitations for MozTours and Firefox OS Workshops for the entire month of December, so that we may focus on personal stuff in preparation for the Christmas season. The Mozilla Philippines Community (MozillaPH) is proud to be part of this year’s Developers Connect (DevCon) Summit 2014. Team MozillaPH Visits Mindoro for the First Time

Team MozillaPH traveled some 276 kilometers south of Manila to reach Innovative College of Science & Technology in Bongabong, Mindoro. To reach the MozTour venue, the team had to travel by land and sea (ferry) for almost ten (10) hours — one way (Google Maps’ estimated travel time is kinda off by several hours, noting that the ferry ride alone is around 180 minutes).
