Just days ago, PhilGEPS (The Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System) was cited for their efforts to enhance public access to data via the Internet by the Department of Budget Management (DBM). It is in this thrust that our community supports the endeavors of PhilGEPS. Earlier today, the 2-day Open Data Procurement Hackathon came to a close.
